We want to assist people, organizations, and corporations by giving them the tools to become stronger and more effective when it comes to charitable events and fundraisers. We will be using the top proven practices in project management; to motivate, enhance and assist the day-to-day work of the client to make their community services worthwhile. We will take the time to get to know our clients and their “why” to their project. We will initiate project processes which will include the following:

• State the project.
• Create goals and objectives and a schedule.
• Discuss funding.
• Access risks and values that may occur.

BUILD it.
• The PM along with the client’s team will manage the project (discuss vendors, donors, investors, social media etc.)
• Update the budget/funding if needed
• Validate project scope.

GROW it.
• Start the project.
• Consultations when needed.
• Recruit Volunteers if needed for the event.
• Assist or run point on the project.

MAINTAIN it.
• Closeout the project.
• We will meet no later than 48 hours after the event to discuss the event success, including lessons learned.
• Close out with vendors/donors and investors.
• Close out project funding.
