Dream BIG Connections has partnered with Greater Harvest Church for the Greater Harvest Church 2nd Annual Community Health Fair. This event will provide FREE health screening and activities to one of the poorest and unhealthiest zip codes in Dallas County the zip code 75216. Last year we were blessed to serve over 200 people in the community providing free health screenings such as blood pressure, glucose, vision and free fitness classes. This year our goal is 500-1000 people. Please come out and support this needed event.
